Pros
Starting at this job I was incredibly nervous. But I was quickly put at ease, even in the interview the interviewer was incredibly kind. Training was informative and quick and being on the floor for the first time while daunting was met with supportive managers doing their best to answer questions! When I officially got on the floor I was met with a fast paced yet rewarding job. Helping customers find help in some of the worst situations. Over time I have watched the company grow and morph in even more positive directions! The company is actively growing and has major opportunities to have the agents grow with it! They reward hard work and consistency while also being flexible and understanding with personal situations.
