My favorite aspect of Tryke Companies is the sense of family that you get while working for them! Truly something else in the sense of community. The benefits are also not bad! Especially for working in cannabis! The company is always looking to grow and change with the times.

Needs to make a bit more effort to lock in employees with truly high potential and a passion for the company. I've seen a few greats vanish along the way.

There really weren't any pros unless you consider being laid off and invited back and laid off again a pro because it's like an unpaid vacation

Your job is constantly at risk, management is horrible, benefits suck, and absolutely no chance to advance. We also never knew from week to week if we'd have work or even wouldn't be in business
