Pros
Trystar is both part of a quickly growing industry and is itself a rapidly growing organization, which leads to a LOT of opportunities for you to make an impact. Leadership is generally very open and empowering, and you feel like your work actually makes an impact on the future of this company. Senior Leadership is almost across the board very genuine, nice people who you enjoy working with. You'll have a VP or C-suite person tell you "I'm not strong in this area and I'm looking to you for guidance" - a level of humility you typically do not see from people in these roles. Company does offer strong benefits/compensation, generally, and is making consistent efforts to improve. There has been a noticeable focus on employees in the last year or so.
Cons
It's a rapidly changing/growing company, so there are some pain points you'll find along the way. There are immature processes, and you'll find numerous opportunities to improve the organization that you may have expected to be already well established. They have a high number of locations, which can cause a bit of a headache trying to get things done, and they can focus a bit too much on the main manufacturing site in Faribault.
