Pros

Nothing. Joining Tsaaro was my biggest mistake. If you know how to use chatgpt you'll fit in well :p

Cons

This so called data protection firm publishes leaked draft of DPDP bill on linkedin instead of waiting for the official release of the draft, posts fake news of bill being passed, sends copy pasted policies of one client to another without making the necessary changes. Assessments get leaked and other companies get access to confidential information. This company is a joke. All their posts and articles are generated by Chatgpt and have a lot of errors. They will take you in as interns promising jobs after 3 months of internship but they'll refuse to convert even after 4-5 months. They are only interested in getting the work done. Once your work with any major project is over you'll be thrown out. Highly biased seniors. Some interns get converted after 1.5 months while others keep interning for 6 months and they still don't send us our offer letters. If Tsaaro doesn't intend to retain us atleast they should inform us instead of exploiting freshers this way.

Pros

Supportive environment – colleagues and leadership encourage learning and innovation. - Career growth opportunities – clear paths for advancement and recognition of contributions. - Exposure to diverse projects – chance to work on challenging, meaningful assignments. - Learning and development – continuous upskilling, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing. - Employee-friendly policies – flexibility, inclusivity, and focus on well-being.

Cons

Growing organization – processes are still evolving, so adaptability is key. - Workload intensity – opportunities are abundant, but balancing them requires strong time management. - Limited brand recognition (for now) – as the company grows, external visibility will naturally improve.
