      Pros

      I get a pay check. They close the place down between Christmas and New Years and pay the employees-not counted as part of your vacation.

      Cons

      Supervisors that are unqualified to lead, don't have knowledge of their position and/or what to do. No human element. No one is treated with respect. Nothing positive is ever said to employees. Working environment in hot weather is unbearable, while upper management sits in air conditioned offices.

      Good pay, nice coworkers

      Cons

      Management changed the daughter is running it and now it sucks. It is hot, no one is told when they do a good job. They only listen to the people that are sucking up to them. The all mighty dollar is what they worry about, forget about the customers the have had for years. Cannot buy paper and pens, but we can spend money on needless window blinds. When someone leaves they do not replac3 them just pile there work on to someone else.
