      The company does not value their employees. The office politics tend to get in the way of that.

      Pros

      Friendly environment. Treats employers good. Patients care is priority! The company as a whole meets throughout the year so communication is valued.

      Cons

      Lunch is 2 hours which extends the working day. Not much time with family in the afternoons but helps with appts to avoid missing.
