      Pros

      Some good minds to work with.

      Cons

      Good minds come with hell lot of attitude. None of the founders (including CTO) are approachable. They make you feel you are worthless. You will start looking out in 2-3 months of working here. Work culture is the worst. They make you work almost 18 hrs a day and when you are on vacation, just 10 hours. Taking vacation is treated as a crime. No appreciation, no work life balance.

      Small company, lots of opportunity Some good customers

      Cons

      The product was written by a small team, but that team has been stretched beyond the breaking point trying to support existing customers. The company has been unable to scale its development organization, so little new functionality has been added to the product for several years now. The company is burning through lots of money with little to show for it.
