Pros

It was an amazing place to work. Wonderful coworkers, management. I was allowed to do my job without being constantly micro-managed. I will everyone, but life goes on.

Cons

planned on retiring here, but unfortunately my dreams were crushed when our office closed without any notice. It is sad because we are required to give a notice, but not them. Oh well, I found a job with a bit better pay and I can work at home. I miss all the people that I worked with. Thanks for the memories.

Thank you for your comments. First of all, we’re so grateful for your contributions and commitment to the company and glad to hear you are doing well. We also appreciate your comment regarding providing people with notice. In reality, there is no ideal way to inform team members of their position elimination. At Tuff Shed, we follow a process for consistency, messaging and communication and we follow the process to the best of our ability, keeping in mind the sensitivity of the situation. We wish you great success in your new role.

Pros

- Easy product to sell - Competition truly does not compete with quality - Employee owned company (ESOP is earned every year, it’s free money) - True sense of purpose. It’s a job where you don’t realize how much of an impact you’re making until you realize EVERYONE has a shed - Pay is good, you can make more than you would think. - Atmosphere is great, management is easily accessible and can help answer questions. Getting information isn’t a problem.

Cons

Stores are open 7 days a week, your schedule will fluctuate and weekends is a must. Great for your wallet, bad if you like having a standard Monday - Friday.
