Pros
Where to begin on pros? I work with a great team with great leadership. My director is terrific, our VP is awesome, my teammates are some of the best I have ever had. The President of the company is kind and engages, the founder is humble and cares about each of us. We have a 401K AND an ESOP! The ESOP is just next level. We're always innovating, we're always talking about ways to improve while being really cognizant of our history. Finally, and this will be silly to some, I love my stand up desk. There, I said it!
Cons
The only con I can see it that we are spread out all over the country. I wish we could get to know each other better. I work at the NSC and I do think I've failed to get to know the team members in the field as well as I should have so far.
