In my time at this company I experienced a very unhealthy work environment regularly. Drugs in the showroom, managers literally screaming at employees, discrimination because of my age, micromanagement etc. On top of that, customers will regularly have massive issues with their builds, and you are left to deal with the fallout as they typically can’t get anyone else on the phone (neither can you- nor will you get any responses to emails left for days or weeks) so there isn’t much you can do about it. Lots of stress to make sales goals and budgets, but very little support from management or the company to help us get there. This is an inside sales position- if the leads aren’t there to support the sales dollars you want… look inward! It’s always the easiest cop out to blame the salespeople and take their pay away. Oh, and don’t forget you have to work all holidays besides Christmas. And weekends. And after hours. But don’t expect your managers to be available then! They’ll cut your pay with no notice or guidelines. And they have a team scooping up what little leads you actually have come in after hours… from Denver! Ask them about that! The gist of it is, the company lets their management run wild and the lowly SDCs will take the brunt of it. If you have other options in your job search, take a good hard look because this ship is going down.
