      Pros

      I have been working at Tufin for the past two years, and this has been a positive working experience. From the moment I started, everyone made me feel welcome and part of the team. The communication among colleagues and management is excellent, and everyone is always willing to lend a hand to ensure that projects are completed efficiently. One aspect of the job that I particularly appreciate is the flexibility and the understanding that a work-life balance is essential to employees’ personal lives. The company offers benefits, time off policies, and learning opportunities that its competitors unmatch. The management team provides clear guidelines and objectives for me to work towards, and we have regular feedback sessions that help me develop and grow in my position. This company values experience and continued development, and there are significant opportunities for personal and professional advancement. Overall, I highly recommend Tufin as an excellent workplace where employees are treated with respect and have opportunities for growth and development.

      Cons

      Significant change and stressful days. If you don't like fast-paste complex working scenarios, Tufin may not be for you. Tufin is in the process of redefining itself to the market and, frankly, to itself. Not a place for bench sitters and spectators.

      Pros

      1. Competitive comp and benefits. 2. Flexible hybrid work-from-home and fully remote options - It is great to meet with local members of my team once a week to collaborate and socialize. 3. Best company and team culture I have ever experienced. - my teams are more like family and friends than coworkers. 4. Best talent in the industry - Both of my teams are very capable, flexible, and put the customer's needs first. 5. We are the only profitable company in the space and we are the market leader. - This is important to allow for merit increases, promotions, and growing the team with new staff.

      Cons

      1. A venture capital firm owns us, and we will be sold. It is not likely that my staff are at risk, but executives and middle management like myself will see changes once sold.
