      Great benefits, decent pay, good coworkers

      Cons

      Abysmal leadership. A history of harassing employees. If you are POC/LGBT/disabled this may not be a safe environment for you. Extremely toxic workplace.

      It's a learn-as-you-go job, so it's a bit difficult at the start, but easy enough to pick stuff up over time.

      Upper/Senior management hard to connect with/support lacking for those on the floor. Poor communication between services
