      Work like balance was good for the first year good compensation

      Cons

      The company was not profitable, and I started to suffer from micromanagement before being let go, along with many great people, some of whom had worked very hard for almost 10 years.

      Pros

      Great pay! Lots of opportunities. New projects constantly coming in. If you work hard, and go above expectations senior managements recognizes your efforts and assists you in expanding/promoting your positions within the company .

      Cons

      The Union fights to keep the employees who "won't" do their jobs and this make it harder on other employees who will do their job.

      Great product, vision and has good company culture.

      Cons

      Go to market strategies are not that great. Completely a technology oriented company. Lacks abilities to retain good sales leadership
