No loyalty - Financial Center Manager Tulsa Federal Credit Union Employee Review

Human resources doesn't have your back. Runs on a skeleton crew and wants to run on even less. Makes you feel like if you work there very long you are stale or unmotivated instead of being a loyal employee. They say they want employees to share and express themselves but they don't. They encourage you to give back, however at the end of the day they only want you to if it has a name brand attached. It's a sweat shop. Worst employment experience I have ever had.
