Pros
Working for TPS did have some Pros. The teachers there are great and most schools are like a family. The teachers do care about their students and want to see them succeed.
Cons
The cons for working for TPS is the try new programs ALL the time. They don't give the programs enough time to work before they switch to something else. When they do this, it is constantly changing the methods they want to see. Too much change. Also, support from Admin can be hard. Lots of student issues and nothing gets resolved because they want them back in the class.
