      Pros

      It's a paycheck. Health benefits are decent. Good hours if you don't do your job. Summers and holidays "off" (unless you are required to do training).

      Cons

      Terrible negotiation. Poor morale. Awful options for discipline. Senior management does not remember what it is like to be in the classroom.

      Low levels of autonomy at times. Other workflows can get in the way of coaching.
