As long as you work you can stay on your phone and listen to music the whole time If someone calls in sick you're not expected to clean everything, depending on the school these days are actually easier

All of this Varies from School to School at some I would only have 2 hours of work while at others I hardly had enough time to take a break. Really Strict about time down to the second though it states different in their employee book.
