      Pros

      They are really trying to keep and retain teachers, and offering hiring bonuses.

      Cons

      No district is perfect, and urban schools districts face lots of challenges. I think TPS does a good job overall, but I think letting teachers make more decisions or having more input would be a good improvement.

      Low levels of autonomy at times. Other workflows can get in the way of coaching.
