Onsite secure parking. Great potential with a huge customer base. Fantastic canteen.
Cons
No real progression. Nepotism from the very top is rife. Seriously backwards at thinking forwards. Senior management bogged down trying to convince themselves they have a handle on things. “Nero played his fiddle while Rome burned” springs to mind.
