The culture is super healthy. Everyone enjoys working here and is proud of what we do. The team regularly encourages each other and helps one another see how impactful and purpose-driven their jobs are. I love my team and consider many friends. They are smart, capable, hardworking, kind, and humble.
Cons
As we grow, I'd love to see our wages and benefits increase. We work really hard and there are seasons where it can be stressful with long hours and hectic days. But the team supports each other well through this and are committed to quality work and one another.
