Cons
The fast pace of work. Every department is understaffed and is swamped with work. Growth is slowing due to the price of the Euro and raw materials. Cost cutting is hitting the company hard. Several raw materials are purchased in Europe, which greatly affects Turck's profit margin. Sales have a difficult time selling product for a good margin. Companies treat automation equipment as a commodity and want the best price along with the quality.
