Pros
Nothing of pros that I can think of. Maybe the fact that you get to work 6 days a week and only get one day off on one Saturday of each month
Cons
Working here, I found that there is not much area to move around other field Due to the demand of the company business, your own career path is sometimes overlooked and you are left with doing mundane task day in day out. Even when you request for a opportunity to explore other interest in order to grow in your own career path, most likely your request will not be entertained.
