      Very supportive team Healthy working environment Competitive salary No micro managing Very technical Positively challenging Fair workload Resources available Great colleagues Very flexible work environment Work-life balance

      Cons

      Inbound calls that aren’t necessary because most issues are dealt with on ticketing system. Growth is mostly for development stream and not broad enough for other tech skills. Thrown in the deep end structure.

      - You gain a lot of skills - Hybrid work model and only 3 days I month at the office. - Friendly staff -Casual environment - Open door policy between management and staff - Stack is relevant and builds your skills - KPIs not forced to the team.

      Cons

      - Growth has a grey area - Growth is not a priority - Budget restraints - Bonus not above 50% and not guaranteed - No benefits.
