Pros
I’m working remotely from my home in Brazil for Turing. I've been here for over 7 months. As an account executive, I work closely with clients who want to add developers to their teams. I create packages for them and direct them to our site where they may locate developers. My final objective is to successfully complete a two-week trial with developers they choose from the site or packet and conduct interviews with them. I appreciate the freedom of working remotely, the ability to set my own hours, and the lack of commute-related stress. And another aspect of Turing that I adore is the company's culture of trusting people you have never met in person but can rely on to be a team player. The stupidest aspect of a non-remote employment is the excessive transportation and relocating expenses. Since I previously indicated, Turing is unique in that I have better working hours. You'll be glad to join the organisation if you put out your best effort during the interview process. Pros: - Great work culture - Work-life balance - Global workforce - Flexibility in work hours
