Pros
Small, privately-held, start-up specialty pharmaceutical company. Few management layers and minimal red tape.
Cons
Leadership is morally bankrupt. 25% of company laid off 3 days before Christmas with 2 weeks of severance...that's it (managers did not have the decency to call their reports and tell them about the terminations...many learned through press reports). Bonuses and equity not paid/honored. Many very worried about health insurance. If you see a job opening at Turing, run the opposite direction...fast.
