Unpleasant and Confusing - Anonymous employee Turn Technologies Employee Review

I was specifically recruited for the job, poorly onboarded, and never had a single meeting with my manager. Two months in, I was fired out of nowhere because the first thing I created wasn't up to their standards (this was the first draft, no feedback was given, nor was I given a chance to course-correct.) When I informed coworkers I had been suddenly fired, they were like: "This is awful, but you honestly dodged a bullet." RUN from this place.
