Pros

When I first joined, it was great. People were kind, but management can be a little micromanaging

Cons

long hours, they say they will train and move up people from the inside, i never saw it in my time there. CS is neglected a lot of times.

Back to back, bonus too high to achieve, can’t change shifts, don’t employ enough people to handle how many callers. Pay is way too low to live off
