      Pros

      Good people in the customer service department. Other devs aren't great to work with. Good starter company, but they make you sign a 6 month waiver that you have to give them 6 months notice. Kind of ridiculous

      Pros

      I'm my own boss due to Management only contacts me if I contact them. I work at a really nice jail with great CO's and staff.

      Cons

      Management rarely communicates upgrades or anything for that matter. Canteen orders/filled wrong all the time Short staffed. Very difficult to get a Tech on site to fix machines.
