Cons- Harsh attitude towards employee. All employees are like kids who are just outta kindergarten school. Behavior of management is incredibly selfish & no business sense....Senior Recruiters - please stay away from this company.

The Best part is I have full Independence and Flexibility in working here. The more I work better Growth Opportunity will be available for me.

Much of Hard Work is needed as it being a startu up. Business Complication and tensions come across at times. And the entire process involves a lot of Work Pressure.
