Pros
Great golf outings. Nice parties. Can be a fun, team-oriented atmosphere. Most of the employees are good people.
Cons
Despite improvements over the last decade, it's still a boys' club. Bad employees get passed along because nobody has the guts to cut them loose. HR is just a tool of The Man.
