The culture was friendly and helpful such as the people in the less-labour-intensive jobs (with seniority) would come and relieve you so you weren't working so hard. I found them to be considerate and helpful. Management was accessible and easy to talk to. They card about training their employees and seldomly rewarding them with bbqs.

Contract and no benefits to contract workers. (I really have nothing to complain about that isn't already justified to make this business successful)

they are good at letting people help out ;perhaps more could be said towards getting along and mentoring others to do other positions

sometimes ther're were problems with people communicating and knowing how to get people organised
