Cons
Because this company is run almost 100% by employees under the age of 25-30, it is extremely unorganized. There is little to no professionalism, with the management clearly choosing favorites and not operating in a healthy manner. The bonuses are also laughable as the starting salary is already less than one would make at a fast-food restaurant. The HR department is also a complete joke. Sexual harassment and scandals are constantly swept under the rug to keep the company's name clean. Essentially, you are on your own at this company - nobody has your back. Say goodbye to diversity at this company. If you are someone of color, you will be all alone.
