- High salary in an hourly basis. - Rather flexible hours but management might speak about unavailable hours. - People are often nice to talk to! but choose carefully who to trust.
Cons
- Company doesn't care about the well being of their workers, leaving people often stressed and overwhelmed. - People get called at every hour every time. It doesn't matter if you've stabilish your 8 hours per day you'll get a call at night for something that needs to be done for tomorrow. - Upper Management decides things without planning, leaving no time for the QA team to plan accordling, as well as other teams. - Feedback is left to say on the 1-1 instead of when something happens so the worker can have time to amend and change their behavior. - No training when changing positions. - Upper management will often say that if something is not working it's the workers fault and they're not trying very hard. - Nepotism is seem but no one speaks about it.
