Benefits were good and colleagues were great
Cons
Having layoffs and effectively outsourcing the department sucked. As well as all the ridiculous changes they made to claims effectively turning a “claims adjuster” position into a call center rep position. Being locked out of your laptop and not knowing what’s going on completely eroded my trust in them. There are Better ways to communicate layoffs.
