Pros

Turo is a really warm supportive culture where people care. The mission is very exciting. The teams are lean so there are a lot of opportunities to grow, develop, build skills, and make a meaningful impact. People are acknowledged for their hard work. The company recently took lots of steps to adust equity for the benefits of employees such as making RSUs portable and repricing underwater options. This was generous and not a lot of companies would have cared enough to do that. Very exciting growth in the last year and ahead. Love our new marketing and lots of embracing of AI to make tedious work less tedious and freeing up time for more impactful work. I love my boss, my team, and my peers.

Cons

Not everyone loves hybrid return to office. Hard to say goodbye to great people who leave because they have great options based on the skills they built at Turo. Benefits aren't world class but pay is fair.

Pros

Great opportunity to learn complex claims, arbitration strategy, liability review, and recovery-focused decision-making.

Cons

Pay does not always align with the complexity of the work, especially when the role expands into training, reporting, cleanup, and process improvement.
