Not exaggerating, actually the best company I’ve worked for. It has its growing pains like any remote startup, but they put a lot of intention into how they treat their people. Leadership is transparent and engaging. If they say they’ll do something, they do. If they can’t, they’ll explain why. The people are incredibly bright, and the work is a good balance of support & autonomy. Overall it’s just a healthy place to be. The classic toxic things you hear about startups just aren’t true here. Would recommend working here to anyone.

Startup volatility can be hard. Work life balance is usually good, but can be a grind during busy phases.
