Good mission, stressful deadlines and hours - Software Engineer Turquoise Employee Review

Everything is high priority and there are a lot of deadlines, sometimes handed out with a lot less notice than they should have. Lots of workaholics and hours can be long and stressful. The past year quite a few people and a whole team were let go; majority of it seemed thought through, but some choices were questionable.
