This company will not protect nor defend you. They will take their cut, which is ridiculously too large, for what they provide in terms of support do not act as an honest broker. Please find an alternative and not get stuck with their shady and questionable practices.

The job itself is competitive and challenging which is exciting if your a competitive type!

Literally everything else! The business sold themselves as a growing company with opportunity for growth and it couldn't be more opposite!! The president of the company and her daughter (the CEO) are always listening, hovering, gossiping, and say they are available but are constantly behind closed doors. The environment feels cold, with constant pressure from management and expectations to stay late every day. There wasn't a single day where I felt my job was safe!! There is also a very obvious culture of favoritism to whoever will provide information to the higher ups about other employees. The turnover is so incredibly high because they don't give employees any grace starting out; you get your kid's or your out! You also don't get your COMISSION!! I had to ask about commission multiple times and was told it would be looked into. I can't warn enough, just stay away! FYI: Since they operate under 3 companies, I didnt notice any bad reviews on here, but their other brands are TagHR and Dynamic!
