Long Time Employee Saw Company Go Downhill - Anonymous employee Turtle Wax Employee Review

Felt that company tried show they cared for employees by little gifts on special occasions the first few years. Over time, as the company was mismanaged, they cut way back on the small and large gifts. The company didn't concentrate on what they were good at, wax, and instead dumped money into many varied new products, none of which were viable. So poorly run that large group of people were fired in downsizing moves. Now run by a skeleton staff and all products outsourced. Very sad to see a great company run into the ground!
