Pros

The variety in the work and clients makes for an environment where no 2 days are a like.

Cons

The expectations for work and delivery are unreasonable. There is a lack of work and associates are blamed for it. The CEO is not strategic making it extremely hard for long term planning. The company preaches training, but you are required to deliver 36 billable hours a week making it very hard to support proper training. The biggest thing is there are always reason bonuses are never paid. The most recent was delivery bonuses are now retention bonuses...Prior to leaving, the company was 9-12 months "behind" and the bonuses where significantly less than expectations. there is also a strong focus on billing clients vs providing quality consulting to clients.

Pros

Tutela has long been a pure-play GRC company and has expanded its tool offerings so there is room for growth and diversification. It has expanded into the privacy space and also has room for technical integration experts and project managers. The company is small in its employment numbers but works with the worlds largest enterprises so it is a healthy mix of scrappy fast-paced work where you have a chance to expand your skillset and the steadiness and discipline of working with large mature enterprise clients.

Cons

Fast paced so you have to come to work. Some who have come to know large enterprises with concrete processes might not be used to being part of the team that defines those processes. If you are overly reliant on a lot of support it might be challenging but for those who strive to be part of a high-performing team you will find it here.
