Cons
Executive leadership new and old cannot get it figured out. The Compass attracts great people and then the inconsistent actions of our leader(s) do nothing but discount its meaning.. You cannot twist it to serve your purpose from one day to the next. Better to give it up and just be another company. I waited more than a decade for good leaders in my plant and after they finally came and delivered results they were let go. Now we are back to rudderless, ruthless, and acting like the public companies we try so hard to distance ourselves from. It is a blessings our retreats have been postponed due to the virus.
