Management is supportive, communicative and responds to questions in a timely fashion. Provides plenty of resources so it's easy create a plan for your tutoring session. No heavy administration or paperwork and the company pays on time - always. Adapting to industry change - Company was able to shift to an easy to use online platform and gave training and support to tutors and families, making the transition near seamless.
Cons
I work part time so there isn't any healthcare benefits, however the company does compensate for driving to student homes that are further than your designated zone.
