      Great management, very lovely people

      Felt like I should’ve been getting paid more for the amount I was doing. Management just gives you a name and number, you do all the rest

      Pros

      Clients are all really friendly and understanding. You can pick your own time to tutor, Great for when you are in Uni or have a bit of extra time. Really good if you can find someone who lives nearby to tutor. Management is generally supportive.

      Cons

      Tutor pay is quite low when you dont get paid for travel time/ fuel cost/ resourcing/ planning time/ printing.

      Have been able to tutor at only a 5min drive from my house

      Cons

      Flat rate $31/hr regardless of grade level taught
