It's great to hear that the scheduling offers such flexibility, and having teaching materials provided along with free training and live sessions is a huge plus. Our GTR team, along with the support of our Teacher Reps, Mentors, and Demo Coaches, have really invested in creating a supportive environment for everyone. It sounds like you have a balanced perspective on things. It's true that while the training materials are provided, the time spent reviewing them isn't compensated. It's understandable that despite many positive changes, there are always some who may find reasons to complain. Your gratitude for the job and appreciation of its flexibility really shine through.
