Pros

The most innovative company I've ever worked at, an exceptional environment where your ideas are fully supported and appreciated. Well compensated considering is a Series A start-up. I learned so much and couldn't thank my manager enough for the mentorship I received. The company is fully transparent and everyone is aware of each other KPIs. Love chill Friday calls where different teams present every week. It's easy to get on with everyone. It's a work hard play hard culture. Top talent gets rewarded with multiple promotions. For instance one of the VP of Engineering joined as Mid-dev and got promoted to Senior-dev, team lead, and VP within the space of 15 months. The company does a great job of keeping politics outside twig. There have been many cases when people trying to instill politics have been fired. It's a meritocratic workplace.

Cons

Growth challenges. In some cases, it did hire fast to cope with growth which ended in hiring the wrong people. However, the management tried to remedy that fast. Need for more processes. Better onboarding.

Pros

Fun place to work on innovative tech. The team are all very friendly and there's no office politics. Everyone is listened to and able to put ideas forward, no matter how junior/senior they are. No time is wasted on pointless meetings, the focus is just to get stuff done. Comp is also generous given its a startup - above average. Management genuinely care about employee progression and put a lot of effort in to personal and professional growth.

Cons

Can be quite chaotic at times so more structure within teams would be good. But its also a hyper-growth startup... so what do you expect.
