Pros
Good pay and benefits. Work from home culture really embraced by their on sites which not only allow you to go to different places but also bond with coworkers. Everyone that I worked with had their heads on their shoulders and were kind throughout.
Cons
Lots of layoff, of which I was a victim. I don't think it was personal but I'm not sure of the incentive here.
