Pros
Love the people and culture. Remote first company that still values in person time to connect. Has unlimited PTO which people actually encourage you to take. Actively investing in new systems and trying to fix internal processes, just a bit slow going.
Cons
The state of the company sometimes feels concerning as we are working hard to become profitable. There has been a lot of change in the past 2 years with layoffs and reorgs and things still aren't settled.
