Flexibility, remote work, mostly good at keeping meetings to a minimum for ICs / engineers, friendly and supportive culture, good work-life balance.
Cons
Lots of change over the past 2+ years. Some of the layoffs and restructuring were very obviously done at a high level without any thought or discussion about the effect on a team and individual level.
