Team are nice as are the clients

God awful owner who speaks to you in the most condescending manner. Unsupportive, unappreciative, gaslights you, lies, and ties one arm behind your back to watch you fall. I tried to ask for help and give honest feedback and was ignored and mocked. The team is only 8 people, with almost all of them leaving in the past year - including myself. Fires everyone and burns the others out. Please don't get sucked in by his charm like I did. It was genuinely traumatic working here.
