Pros

The team, our members (patients) and the tools to perform your job are outstanding! The startup energy is palpable as you feel like anything is possible with these resources. The optimism shared by all should be bottled and sold. I love the services we provide and believe that it's making a difference in people's health as I see it daily.

Cons

As I said, the startup energy is palpable and at times, a bit stressful. Obviously, they want to get to a place of profitability quickly so employees are expected to get with the program. I have no problems with this as the company does a good job of providing you with the tools and training to be successful. But it can grind some people down if you're not a person who adapts immediately. They're supportive but the pressure can mount.
